Logos Bible Software

Considered the industry standard; depending on the version purchased, it contains hundreds to thousands of Bible reference tools. Prices range from $15 to $10,000.  NOTE: An iPad app is available for free which includes some Bible versions and basic study books, but if you own the proprietary software, you can sync your highlights, notes, and many of your purchased books across all platforms.

Olive Tree Bible Software

Considered one of the premier Bible study apps for iPad, iPhone, and Android tablets.  The basic system can be downloaded for free.  Many free resources are available.  Additionally, a wide variety of other books are available for purchase.
